Why You Must Lose Weight And Escape Obesity?
Weight loss is a MUST for one and all if you are actually looking forward to live long and live disease-free. Because whether gradual or abrupt, there could be various underlying health conditions and even those tiny little activities which often go unnoticed but play a significant role in making us gain some unwanted weight.
Reasons Could Be Many
However, some of the major and the most usual ones could be causing unnecessary weight gain. When you are gaining weight and when it is going over and above the normal limits, in this case it definitely relates to consumption of more calories than you can burn. And an overall sedentary and inactive lifestyle could be a reason for this.
Although there could be more causes like –

It has been observed that most of the individuals suffering from hypertension also happen to be overweight. Hypertension or high blood pressure, often referred to as ‘The Silent Killer’ may not itself cause any harm. But the chances of suffering from problems such as heart attack or a heart stroke increase significantly owing to hypertension.
A number of studies conducted in the recent past indicate that cancer might have something to do with weight gain. In fact, in the United States alone, about five to seven percent of those suffering from cancer are fairly overweight or obese.
Various symptoms often observed among overweight and obese people have chances of leading to cancer. These are –

- More estrogen being produced by the fat tissues.

While some of us gain weight gradually over a period of time, others might just gain pounds suddenly and without quite realizing the reason behind the same.
