Mumbai: Indian professional boxing champion Vijender Singh will take on the Chinese boxer Zulpikar Maimaitiali in his next game. Vijendar became the Asia-pacific middle weight Champion in the previous year. The competition is on August 5 on the WBO boxing bout at NSCI indoor stadium in Mumbai.
23-year-old Zulpikar Maimaitiali is a great fan of Mike Tyson. He started his career in 24th April 2015. He had a record of seven victories and one drew in his Professional career. Zulpikar Maimaitiali is the current WBO oriental super middle weight champion while Vijender is the Asia pacific middle weight Champion.
Vijender 31-year-old guy, is looking forward his victorious run in his Professional career. He didn’t faced any defeat in this field. He was an Olympic Bronze medal holder in 2008 Beijing Olympics. Then he turned to Professional boxing. In the previous year he lifted the Asia-Pacific middle weight Championship defeating the Tanzanian boxer Francis Cheka. Vijendar sent the ticket of his boxing match to the God of Cricket, Sachin Tendulkar. Vijendar says that he(Sachin) gives a positive energy in the gallery.
