METHOD OF PREPARATION :
- Wash, peel off and chop all the vegetables.
- Add vegetable oil to the pan.
- Add chopped onions, capsicum, peas, carrot, corn and beetroot at last.
- Add spices accordingly (preferably low salt and chilies)
- Add oatmeal and water enough to submerge oats.
- Cook till 2 boils.
- Serve hot.
