METHOD OF PREPARATION :

  • Wash and cut vegetables in equal size.
  • Mix Semolina, Bengal gram dal powder(besan), curd and chopped veggies in a bowl.
  • Add baking soda and spices accordingly.
  • Put the batter for steaming.
  • Serve hot with sauces.
