This is a vegan high protein salad great for fat loss
Ingredients
Tofu =200 gms
Leafy greens(spinach/kale etc)=100 gms
Cucumber,tomato,cabbage=1 cup
Salt,pepper to taste
Protein=30 gms
Carbohydrates= 15gms
Fats= 7 gms fat
Directions
Chop tofu into medium size pieces
Chop cucumber, tomato and cabbage into small slices
Roughly chop leafy greens
Take a non stick frying pan
Optional(add 1 tbs of cooking oil and spread evenly)
Sauté tofu until light brown or until edges become hard
Take a large bowl
Add leafy greens, cucumber, tomato, cabbage ,pepper ,salt and mix properly
Place tofu over the salad
serve
