When there is a talk of bollywood and fitness ,her name is the top most name on the list.She has achieved so much by putting her heart and soul in working for her body.People all around the world know her equally for her fitness and her acting.

Bipasha Basu is a former model and one of the most fitness enthusiast among the lot.She has always laid stress on having a fit and toned body. She is known for her sheer dedication and discipline and always takes her trainer with her even when out on a shoot.She has done remarkable in the field of fitness and has launched many workout dvds.
Fitness has always played an important role in her life.She follows a very strict diet shedule and believes in having a balanced diet.
Her diet includes

Early morning: Drinks a glass of water with lime, followed by having some almonds soaked overnight, and then a cup of tea.
Breakfast: She likes to have a big breakfast comprising six egg whites, toast, mushroom, porridge made from skimmed milk, and a fair amount of fruits.
Lunch: Her lunch is dal, green salad, vegetables, grilled fish or chicken, and two soy chapattis.
Dinner: Vegetables prepared in olive oil, green salad, grilled fish or chicken, and a small amount of dessert to satisfy her sweet tooth.
She likes to bring variety to her regime and does not like it to be a monotous one.She is also very fond of Yoga and does 108 of Surya Namaskar every day. Her regular workout program lasts for 2 hours, and it includes a combination of cardio and Yoga.
she tries to mix up a lot of modern exercise techniques and devise a workout regime that is geared towards her goal.
She is an ardent follower of discipline and believes it is the key factor in achieving anything,even when she is out for shoots,she never gives excuses.

When you think of this stunning women, you may wonder the secret behind her ageless beauty , the most important thing is her dedication towards fitness and her eternal positive attitude.She is a very strong woman and often learns various artforms to make her body fit.She has embraced her age with getting fit day by day.
She has a very different fitness regime and also a very unique.
She keeps on changing her workout and believes that workouts should never be dull or boring! She includes everything between walking, skipping, running and strengthening. She does not spend a lot of time working out but instead she likes keeping her body active from head to toe. Weight Training is not a part of her workout mostly.She had a fatal injury due to which she gained a lot of kilos as she could not do any kind of activity.That was the time she got introduced to Aerial silk . Aerial silk is all about hanging in the air with the help of a special fabric. . Aerial silk is a part of her daily workout. She believes that this workout not only helps keep her fit but also keeps her skin glowing and since aerial silk involves using one’s own body weight, each muscle of the body is worked out making one toned. Aerial silk is also meditative in nature.It may very tough for beginners but it is no less than a bliss once you get used to it.She also has a strict diet shedule and her day begins with a bowl of fruits and a glass of warm water within 10 minutes of waking up. Her breakfast comprises of 2 toasts along with 6 egg whites made into a French toast. After two hours she eats a pear.
After two hours she has lunch that includes half a bowl of black dal, a bowl of cauliflower sabji, a piece of foil cooked fish, a bowl of rice and 2 rotis. Her evening snack is just 4 biscuits and two hours later she drinks a glass of vegetable juice.

Her Dinner includes dal , beans and one bowl of onion-cucumber raita or just plain curd with masala. At times it is also 2 rotis and 3 egg whites.She strongly believes in the idea of self love and gifts herself new challenges with every birthday.

Akshay Kumar is undoubtedly the khiladi when it comes to fitness . He was into fitness even before he joined bollywood.He is also a black belt in Taekwondo and has expertise in martial arts .He follows a very disciplined routine and never make excuses for the same .He is above 40 but can give run for money to any young actor when It comes to money. For Akshay health is the utmost priority and everybody is familiar to the expert he is in his fitness.
His fitness routine involves various varieties. He likes to include various types of sports such as basketball and outdoor activities such as trekking and even when he is on the shoot he somehow manages to find time and does workout .He is a fitness enthusiast and also combines yoga with his regime.His workout routine includes waking up at 4:30 am and going for a swim ,then he practices martial arts for 1 hour, followed by yoga and meditation for 1 hour respectively .He believes that waking up early plays a key role and makes for a great start for the day.
He believes in bringing variety to his fitness routines and combines martials arts ,kick boxing,shadow boxing ,climbing,yoga and he has even installed an artificial tree in his gym.
His diet includes a very balanced diet and he seldom has outside food.His diet regime is something like this;He starts the day with parathas and glass of milk,In noon he has a bowl of fruits,His evenings comprise of juice without sugar and has a very light dinner like soups,veggies etc.He never touches alcohol ,caffeine and never ever has tasted tea or coffee.
He is one of the leading men in bollywood industry and sets an example that fitness is a way of life.Even with his busy schedules, he never takes a day off from his routine.He is a motivation for everyone of us on how to be dedicated.
It is very easy to make excuses but it is only our willpower and strength of the mind which will help us to achieve the fit goal we set for ourselves.

She is the ‘Shilpa Shetty Kundra’.She has earned many globals laurels for her acting and work but that does not end the list.She is a hardcore fitness enthusiast and has been inspiring many people through her diet recipes and fitness videos.
Shilpa is an ardent follower of yoga and believes that yoga heals her physically, mentally and spiritually .She is very often seen sharing the stage with yoga master Ram Dev Baba, She has also released many fitness DVDs on yoga where the person can follow her step by step.
She also indulges in weight training, cardio workouts and many outdoor activities.She believes in dividing her workout regime to gather this sculpture of hers.Even after her pregnancy she has managed to maintain her workout regime and seems she is getting better with age.

She follows it with milk tea with brown sugar and two eggs. Her lunch contain carbohydrates, especially brown rice, brown pasta or brown bread all of which are low in glycemic index. The actress prefers olive oil and prefers a portion of jaggery to make for desert. She always takes her dinner before 8 and it contains salad, soup and stir-fried vegetables or paneer.She has been seen promoting fit health on various platforms and always keeps her followers updated on instagram about her various binges.
She has recently launched her website and posts numerous healthy recipes for all the viewers.She has many feathers to her hat but she always manages to give utmost priority to her fitness.
