One of the major questions that every youngsters has in mind now days is whether to go for bodybuilding supplements or not.
The moment you see someone ripped and chiseled in the gym,you wonder whether his body is natural or not.
But lemme clear one thing supplements aren’t non natural and just because someone is using them does not make their body non natural.

WHAT ARE SUPPLEMENTS?
Bodybuilding supplements are dietary supplements specifically marketed to those involved in bodybuilding, weightlifting andathletics.
That’s right these are completely natural,just as salt is obtained by processing and evaporating see water,supplements are made through the same process by dairy products mostly.
TYPES OF SUPPLEMENTS
There are different types of supplements,some of which are described below:-
1.Protein-The most common supplement that we hear and see in our everyday life.protein is a nutrient which is very much required by our body and mainly by our muscles,because our muscles are actually made of protein.whether you take protein in supplement form or you take it from other sources our body processes it the same.
2.Creatine-Creatine is a supplement which is used to increase strength in our muscles during workout.
3.BCAAs-Branched Chain Amino Acids(BCAAs) are the supplements for faster recovery of our muscles post workout.
And there are many other supplements which you can search on the web.
WHY TO TAKE SUPPLEMENTS?
As we have studied earlier in science also that our body needs atleast 2100calories per day,but our normal lifestyle does not allow us to consume so much.especially for bodybuilders it is more important to increase their calorie intake in order to gain muscles fast and as we cannot intake so much of calories due to our normal lifestyle it is always recommended to go for supplements as they will help you supplement the extra calories as well as prevent muscle loss.
