  • At the first sign of stress, you often hear people complain, ‘What did I do to deserve this? But you have to fight and get yourself engaged in a physical activity, doing some Exercise is one of the best and the most used way. This is the effective and easy way to release stress.

  • Aerobics, like running, dancing, spinning, and in-line roller-skating — include an increased heart rate. When your heart rate is accelerated, it makes you feel good with no side effects and you feel less stressed.

  • Music, listening to your favorite music, your favorite list and getting zoned out for a while in today’s fast running life once each day can really work as atonic for you.

  • Pilates, a series of controlled movements, a great stress reliever. Pilates also tones your body, which in turn helps you look good and feel better.
