METHOD OF PREPARATION :
- Boil macaroni until soften.
- Pressure cook mushroom.
- Chop pressure cooked mushrooms, onion and spinach.
- Add butter to a pan and chopped vegetables.
- Add spices accordingly, boiled macaroni and cheese.
- Stir until thickens.
- Serve hot.
