One can never stop admiring this Indian Beauty.She has been one of the most prominent celebrities who has hit headlines for her fitness mantras.

She is the ‘Shilpa Shetty Kundra’.She has earned many globals laurels for her acting and work but that does not end the list.She is a hardcore fitness enthusiast and has been inspiring many people through her diet recipes and fitness videos.

Shilpa is an ardent follower of yoga and believes that yoga heals her physically, mentally and spiritually .She is very often seen sharing the stage with yoga master Ram Dev Baba, She has also released many fitness DVDs on yoga where the person can follow her step by step.

She also indulges in weight training, cardio workouts and many outdoor activities.She believes in dividing her workout regime to gather this sculpture of hers.Even after her pregnancy she has managed to maintain her workout regime and seems she is getting better with age.

She believes that being healthy is a way of life and devotes her time every day to her workout regime.The actress  swears by yoga, and practices it for about an hour,  Her journey with yoga started when she encountered neck pain.  Her favorite asanas include Surya Namaskar, Vrikshasana, Marjari asana, Padahastasana  and Dhanurasana.She also meditates for about ten minutes after yoga.  After her workouts, the actor takes protein shake, eight black raisins and two dates.

Her day starts with glass of hot water and papaya smoothie with lemon. She also has different juices everyday like aloe vera, amla, pomegranate, beetroot green apple cucumber and spinach. She follows it with milk tea with brown sugar and two eggs. Her lunch contain carbohydrates, especially brown rice, brown pasta or brown bread all of which are low in glycemic index. The actress prefers olive oil and prefers a portion of jaggery to make for desert.  She always takes her dinner before 8 and it contains salad, soup and stir-fried vegetables or paneer.She has been seen promoting fit health on various platforms and always keeps her followers updated on instagram about her various binges.

She has recently launched her website and posts numerous healthy recipes for all the viewers.She has many feathers to her hat but she always manages to give utmost priority to her fitness.

She is a motivation to all those people who struggle to find time and give excuses of their busy shedule .One should always remember that ‘Where there is a will there is a way!’ and learn from this domestic diva and learn how to make balance and find time for yourself in the hectic days.
