Shifan is from Kerela and he is a major fitness enthusiast. He loves Bodybuilding and that inspired him to join the fitness industry.

In 2015, he became the a district title holder from Kerala in Bodybuilding.

After he completed his graduation and Post-grad, he was looking out for a way to get certified and become a professional. That’s when BFY came into the picture and he got himself enrolled in ACE- Personal Training Program, in the year 2016.

He had all good things to say about the program that he got enrolled in.
“The program at BFY really helped me. Since, I am quite passionate about body-building, this course helped me a lot in correcting my workouts and it also helped me as a Personal Trainer because now I can give proper guidance to me clients regarding workouts, diet and nutrition”, says Shifan.

Shifan is currently preparing for his ACE PT Exams and working at a gym called Sree Maruthi Gym in Kerala.

He plans to do a Sports Nutrition Course in the future and wants to go abroad and start his career in fitness. He aims to open his own gym one day.

He urges the new comers to join the fitness industry. “All you need is dedication, hard-work and patience to do well in the fitness industry”, says Shifan.

That said, we are very glad to be a part of a process which helps passionate and determined students like Shifan, achieve their dreams and fitness goals. We wish him all the best for his future endeavours.
