THIS IS A VEGAN MAYONNAISE(GLUTEN FREE,CHOLESTROL FREE)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 CUP SUNFLOWER OIL(220G)
- ½ CUP UNSWEETENED SOY MILK(120ML)
- 2TSP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
- SALT TO TASTE
DIRECTIONS:
- MILK AND OIL SHOULD BE AT SAME TEMPERATURE
- IMMERSION BLENDER IS RECOMMENDED BUT NORMAL BLENDER WORKS TOO
- WITH IMMERSION BLENDER MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND THE BLENDER SHOULD SIT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CUP AND PUSLE UNTIL MAYO HAS EMULSIFIED
- WITH REGULAR BLENDER, MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT OIL. BLEND ALL FOR ABOUT 10 SECONDS AND GRADUALLY POUR OIL WHILE BLENDING UNTIL IT THICKENS
- TRY IT AND ADD MORE SALT IF NEEDED
- IT STAYS IN SEALED CONTAINER FOR 3 TO 4 DAYS
TIP-THIS CAN BE ALSO USED A SALAD DRESSING.
