Ranveer Allahbadia is one of the finest examples of a ‘fat to fit’ transformation. Ranveer Allahbadia was 15 when he was diagnosed with a gall bladder stone something that happens to people in their late 40s or 50s. He decided to get fit and start leading a healthier life before things got worse. He started working towards his goal and lost weight. He started his own YouTube channel called ‘Beer Biceps’. He chose the name as it was an amalgamation of fitness and fun.
He follows a relatable diet routine with copius amounts of protein shake and grains. He maintains a constant of 150 gm of protein per day in any form be it eggs or lentils.
According to him,sugar is the culprit behind any fatal disease, be it heart-attack or diabetes or even joint problems. Directly or indirectly sugar intake is the key root of most health problems. Even deep-fried food is not as bad as it. Generally you consume a lot of sugar when you have some dessert and along with that you’re also consuming a lot of dirty fats.
