After his under-graduation, he was placed in a company in the HR Department. Rajat soon grew tired of the 9-5 routine work life. He was quite passionate about fitness and he did not want to continue working in the corporate sector. So when one of his friends suggested that he should take up fitness as his career, he decided to do just that. That’s when he decided to get certified as a fitness professional. He got enrolled in BFY’s Personal Training Program, in 2016.

He says that he picked BFY for getting certified because, BFY is much recognised in the fitness industry and also because, he heard that the teaching staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Rajat learned about Fitness principles, Anatomy, CPR and the role of PT and everything else a personal should know before stepping to the real world, in the PT Program at BFY.

The course helped him understand the importance of proper techniques and good communication skills.

“The program helped me a lot when it comes to data councils, program designing and form correction. Now, I have a clear Idea of how to go about it and I also have proper knowledge on it.”, says Rajat.

“The BFY Faculty is very experienced and also friendly, they helped me a lot during the program” He adds.

Rajat us currently working as a super premium Personal trainer for Talwalkars gym at Vapi, Gujarat.

He says, “It has been going great! After completing BFY’s Certificate Course, last year, I got a lot of appreciation when I took one on one sessions and group trainings. I am really inspired and more confident as a fitness professional now.”

In the future, Rajat plans to take up nutrition training and more of practical based training (group training). He plans to become a master trainer and wants to complete his ACE Certification.

Rajat urges the new comers to join the fitness industry. He says, “There are a lot of certifications out there, so choose wisely based on your personal interest, whether it is Bodybuilding, yoga, fictional training or Group training, everything has a different purpose so think what exactly you want, before u get enrolled.”

“After getting certified, you should make sure that you have a Good Physique yourself, because, I believe it’s your status symbol and also focus on communication skills. These 3 things will help you go a long way as a fitness professional” He adds.

That said, we are very glad to be part of a process which helps passionate and determined students like Rajat achieve their dreams and fitness goals. We wish him all the best for his future endeavours.
