METHOD OF PREPERATION

  • Clean mushroom.
  • Boil egg and mushroom.
  • Soak nutri nuggets in water for half an hour.
  • Peel off beetroot and clean.
  • Chop or diced paneer, boiled egg white, mushrooms, nutri nuggets, beetroot.
  • Mix all these in a bowl.
  • Add mayonnaise, spices (salt, black pepper, oregano, chilli flakes) accordingly.
  • Mix well and serve.
