We got Chaurasia to design a 30-day workout that he says can transform the way your body looks by up to 40 per cent. “Getting fit isn’t difficult, especially if you are not training to compete in a body building contest. Most people falter with diet and consistency. A little discipline is all it takes and your body will do all the work for you,” he claims.Aamir’s eight-pack in Ghajini changed the definition of the Bollywood male body forever. For example, the ideal benchmark for fat percentage is below 15 % but in reaching for that target, many people end up losing muscle mass as well. This ends up with them having sagging fat, which is extremely hard to get rid of.”
