Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan): Indian snooker team won the Asian Championship under the Pankaj Advani. Pankaj Advani led the team. Pankaj Advani along with Laxman Rawat India won the Asian Championship. India beat Pakistan to clinch the Asian Snooker Championship.
In the first game Advani made with Pakistan’s Mohammed Bill. Pankaj Advani and Mohammed Bilal got 83 points in the game, while Pankaj Advani got 88 points. Laxman Rawat attacked Pakistan’s Babar Masih without allowing him to gain a point. Laxman got 73 points with his magical attack.
In the doubles, Advani and Rawat shined well and they beat Bilal and Babar for 70-55. Thus India clinched the Asian title by defeating Pakistan for 3-0 in the whole game. Advani finished the game in the doubles and made India proud. Laxman Rawat got his first International title.
This was India’s second Asian Title this season and overall eight title. There was a non playing player in the match, Malkeet Singh,this was his first International title also.
