We all worried about weight loss, weight gain and even maintenance of weight.

To stay healthy it is important to maintain ideal body weight.Our body weight consists of water, fat, muscles, bones, blood, tissues etc.
How ever, more than losing overall body weight losing fat is important as fats are the culprit of all disorders. To lose fats (or weight) we need to focus on all health aspects like activities, meals, sleep, stress, water, medical  issues etc.

People believes that cutting the extra calories from their diet will drop their weight! This is not actually true

There are too many people who are stuck on their same weight, even though they have been eating right and exercising. The reason is simple: They are not taking into consideration how stress and the hormones they produce control their metabolism.

listening to your own body. Find out what is normal for you. And, learn to recognize when your body starts to complaining. Check your life style are you repeating  these same mistakes again and again

1.LESS TIME FOR SLEEP DUE TO HECTIC, BUSY LIFE.

2.Over stress – Long-term exposure to stress can lead to serious health problems. Chronic stress disrupts nearly every system in your body

3.SITTING/WORKING 9  TO 5 CONTINUOUSLY IN AIR TIGHT OFFICE.  

Whether it’s sitting all day, ruining your eyes staring at a computer screen, or messing up your wrists at a keyboard, office work is a lot more dangerous than you’d think.

4.TAKING TOO MUCH ANTIBIOTICS , PAIN KILLERS ETC.

5.Un healthy food

6.Less water intake

7.SMOKING/ALCOHOL  “Many people  believe that smoking acts as a stress buster, but this concept is actually a complete myth. It actually reduces a person’s stamina in the long run leading to the development of multiple diseases”.

Similarly

Alcohol is a depressant, which means it slows down the brain and the central nervous system’s processes.

8.Sedentary  activities – like sitting for long in front of tv, computer, lap top, phones , using lifts instead of stairs etc.

9.Keeping the blinds closed all the time and the windows locked down If your cells get enough oxygen they will be healthy. Healthy cells make up a healthy body. A steady supply of fresh air is very important.

10.No time physical activities
