Indian women strikes, while men failed in front of Caribbean Fire!

Indian Women made victory against Pakistan in the Women’s World cup. While Indian men faced defeat against West Indies in the fourth ODI of the series. Till India has a lead of 2-1 in the series. West Indies needs a victory for leveling the series while India will look for series victory.
India won the toss and decided to bat first. Indian women just scored 169 runs in 50 overs for nine wickets loss. For India Poonam Raut scored 47 runs, Sushma Verma scored 33 runs and Deepti Sharma smashed 28 runs. Nashra Sandhu took four wickets in ten overs including a maiden over. Diana Baig got one wicket in ten overs including three maiden overs. Indian women bowled well. For Pakistan Nahida Khan(23), Sania Mirza(29) played well, while other were a burden for the team. Four of the pakitstani players got out withput taking a run. Ekata Bisht got five wickets and she made India’s victory easy. They got all out in 38.1 overs for 74 runs. India won the game by 95 runs.
But in the other hand Indian men missed an easy victory over West Indies in the fourth ODI held in the Vivian Richards Stadium. West Indies won the toss and decided to bat first. For West Indies openers, both Evin Lewis and Kyle Hope both scored 35 runs. They gave good start. Shai Hope(25) and Roston Chase(24) and Jason Mohammed(20). Their innings ended in 189 for nine wickets in 50 overs. Hardik Pandya and Umesh Yadav got three wickets each and Kuldeep Yadav got two wickets. In return, Ajinkya Rahane played well with 60 runs off 91 balls. Mahendra Singh Dhoni with 54 runs played well. Hardik Pandya 20 off 21 balls. He smashed the only one six in Indian innings. Jason Holder got five wickets, while Alzarri Joseph got two wickets. India innings closed in 178 for all out. Jason Holder became the ‘Man of the Match’.
