#SET UP YOUR ACTIVTIES

Plan your everyday activities, don’t start by doing anything random. Don’t come up with excuses to avoid gym, everyone has their daily works but other people do make time for gym. So plan accordingly.

#DON’T INVOLVE IN UNWANTED CHATS

Everyone likes to make new friend but gym time is not the place for that. You should focus all your energy in pushing yourself to the limit.

Avoid using phone and unwanted chatter.

#BE A MORNING PERSON

The early you wake the more time you have and if you can do your gym in the morning that will be the best time for you because you don’t need to find extra time for gym. And plus side is you will have time to cook healthy meal rather than buying junk and fast food.

#TAKE ADVICE

Well it’s not possible for everyone to be good at all the exercise. If you need help just ask the expert who knows the things better and will help you. Don’t have know it all attitude ask for help whenever needed.

#BE COMMITED

Exercise is a long term commitment process and it need to be more consistent than aggressive. One can’t achieve progress by rushing into it and spending endless hours. Spending three to four sessions a week is way better and “its ok” if you miss the gym for a genuine reason it’s just that you need to come back again and be more enthusiastic.
