You may have seen her shaking a leg on Bollywood numbers and hitting the ramp. But her work field is not restricted to this. She is an aviator, actor, producer, entrepreneur, automobile and fitness enthusiast, biker, adrenalin junkie, adventurer. She is one of the most versatile women.

You must be wondering how does she manage to pull off so many jobs and still finds time for working out every day. This is what makes her a true boss lady. She gives credit for her fitness enthusiasm to her dad who was in the army and used to take her for running every day that gave Gul the discipline and she carries it forward in her life. She is also a fan of camping and trekking and also loves to ride her bike.She is also the brand ambassador for pinkathon and spreads awareness about breast cancer.

For Gul, fitness is a way of life and she believes that being fit helps you to live life better and helps you to enjoy new experiences rather spend money on medicines and doctors.

Her diet includes a lot nuts such as almonds and walnuts.For breakfast, she takes eggs, oats and sometimes salami.For dinner, she eats the same.She advises to stay away from sugar and fried things.

Her workout includes a combination of many things like yoga, swimming, cycling and mainly running throughout the week.

 

With resources being so easily available, she feels that information is so easily accessible, one can use so many resources such as websites, apps. One can indulge in a very good regime even without hitting the gym.

She feels that there is always a choice and even when she is not able to hit the gym, she goes for running wherever she is travelling too. She gave birth to a baby boy at the age of 39 and has a beautiful baby boy.

Being a mother is a very time-consuming job but still, she manages to take time for her exercise and don’t let excuses come in her way. Recently she posted a video of herself working out with her son on Instagram, she kept her son on her core and did some crunches and foam rolls. She inspires everyone that if you really focus and give all your will, you can achieve amazing things. Juggling so many tasks and being a mother is not an easy task but she manages to ace that with her dedication and passion for her body.
