An alternative for better health benefits the individual must minimise the amount of time spent in prolonged sitting for long periods of time.
A number of health studies have proved that exercise instigates healthy state of mind and optimism, which in turn helps in avoiding the risk of depression to a great extent.reason being that exercising distracts mind from daily worries.
