Energy Drink constitute of,

WATER+ELECTROLYTES+CARBOHYDRATES

RATHER THAN BUYING EXPENSIVE SPORTS DRINKS MAKE YOUR OWN

SIMPLE FORMULA SHOULD BE APPLIED

6-8% CARBOHYDRATES ie sugar/glucose

3-4% electrolytes i.e salt.

 

Lemonade is a great sports drink.

In a glass of water,

1 tsp of sugar

1 tsp salt

Squeeze half a lemon

Serve

 

You could also replace water with coconut water.
