METHOD OF PREPERATION

  • Hard boil the egg, cool and remove shell. Halve the egg length wise. Remove the egg yolk.
  • Peel off onion and chop all the vegetables.
  • Mash and combine the egg yolk with mayonnaise, salt, pepper, chopped onions, parsley.
  • Re-fill egg whites and serve with sliced tomatoes.
