CRESS SEEDS LADOO

INGREDIENTS
  • ½ Cup Garden Cress Seeds (Aliv)
  • 2  Cup Fresh Coconut, Grated
  • 1 Cup Coconut Water
  • 2 Cup Jaggery
  • ¼ Tsp Nutmeg, Grated
METHOD
  1. Take coconut water in a bowl, to it add aliv seeds.
  2. Allow it to rest for 2 hrs.
  3. Now heat the pan on moderate flame and add coconut water and soaked aliv seeds and jaggery. Mix well.
  4. Cook the mixture till it adhere to each it and starts leaving the edge of pan.
  5. Turn off the flame and add nutmeg. Mix uniformly.
  6. Allow the mixture to cool down to a temperature little above room temperature.
  7. Now prepare ladoos out of this mixture.
