CORN BURGER PATTY

Ingredients

2 cup boiled corn kernels

2 peeled cooked potato

1 small onion roughly chopped

3-4 chillies or chilly powder

Garlic -2 cloves

Ginger equivalent to cloves

Black pepper, cumin 1tsp each

2 tsp salt

2 tbsp  corn starch

Vegetable oil as per macros or needed

 

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender except potato and corn starch until a coarse paste in formed and keep aside

In a mixing bowl mix mashed potato and the prepared blend and mix thoroughly

Form into medium size patty

Shallow fry them until coocked properly

To make it more healthy instead of frying them bake them at 180 degree Celsius for 20-30 mins

Serve with salad or on bun with toppings and veggie leaves
