CHICKPEA SALAD

Ingredients

 · Boiled chickpeas- 1 cup

 · Boiled and cubed potato- 1 big

· Cubed apple- 1 no.

· Chopped mint- 1 tbsp

 · Chopped coriander- 2 tbsp

 · Toasted flaxseeds- 1 tsp For dressing-

 · Lemon juice- 2 tsp

 · Honey- 1 tsp

 · Chat masala, rock salt to taste

 Method

1. You can toss apple cubes in lemon juice to prevent it from discoloring.

 2. Make the dressing. And keep it aside.

3. Combine everything together. Sprinkle flaxseeds at the end and serve.
