METHOD OF PREPARATION :

  • Soak chickpeas in water overnight.
  • Pressure cook soaked chickpeas and potato until soften.
  • Soak soya nuggets in water for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Wash, peel off and chop tomato, onion, paneer and boiled potato.
  • Add 10 ml oil in a pan, add chopped vegetables and soaked soya nuggets in pan.
  • Add pressure cooked chickpeas in pan.
  • Saute and add spices accordingly.
  • Serve hot.
