Anil Rijal Shares his Experience as BFY’s Student.

With a rising interest in achieving healthier lifestyles, due in part to greater awareness about the obesity and chronic disease epidemics, more people are being drawn to careers in health and fitness.

We recently spoke to BFY’s Student, Anil Rijal who agreed to share his experience with us.

Anil is a Sports and Fitness Enthusiast. He is Professionally involved in Business Generation and Marketing. He describes himself as a person who loves Creative knowledge, thinking out of the box and says that ke gets a kick out out of seeking solutions to problems.

Anil’s mother suffers from chronic diabetes, kidney and heart issues. Helping her get better is a big part of Anil’s life. It also includes following up on her diet and fitness. Anil developed an interest in the field of health and fitness in the process of helping his mom. With a willingness to help other people get fit and  healthy, Anil got himself enrolled for BFY’s Personal Training Program, last year.

He says that he picked BFY because, BFY is also affiliated to ACE so he felt that the coaching will be on a new age finds and detailed.

Anil learned about various aspects of fitness like Musculoskeletal Anatomy & Physiology, Muscles and their Actions, Body composition, Injury Prevention, Nutrition,etc from the Program at BFY.

He had only good things to say about the program. “There was considerable information than expected, I am quite pleased with all the knowledge I acquired from the Program.” says Anil.

“The program has given me a boost. I now possess additional knowledge about physical anatomy and their functions. I will be utilizing this knowledge to train people, to achieve their personal health & fitness goals and guide them on a safe way of training.” he adds.

Anil plans to learn about Sports Medicine and Nutrition in the future. He wants to have a full time career in fitness, since, he now knows the basics of coaching. He wants to assist the special population regain their health and help them live a healthy life.

He urges the new comers to join the fitness industry. He says, “These days we are all so busy with our lives rhat we forget about our own health. So if you ant to pursue a career in fitness, make sure you add fitness in your own lifestyle first.”

“Further, a personal trainer must have the right information for guiding his clients better. The trainer must be competent enough to help different clients with their specific needs, so that they are able to achieve their fitness goals” he adds.

That said, we are very glad to be part of a process which helps passionate and determined students like Gerald achieve their dreams and fitness goals. We wish him all the best for his future endeavours.
