10 Must Attend Fitness Festivals.

Blog by:Healthline.com

From Canada to California, these are the best fests for fitness

They say there’s power in numbers. It’s true — and nothing compares to the mega-watt energy of fitness festivals.

Held at huge venues and outdoor spaces worldwide, they’re the ultimate way to feed off the adrenaline of dozens — even hundreds — of fellow workout buffs (and newbies, too). Most offer a nonstop schedule of group fitness classes, sprinkled with seminars by health pros.

They’re a great way to motivate yourself to get back in your fitness groove, decrease your stress levels, and even travel around and see new things. To help you figure out which one fits your fitness routine and vibe, we’ve rounded up 10 must-attend events, near and far.

As a bonus, there are even beauty how-to’s and cooking demos. The event is great for dabblers who want to try and test different workouts. Register here.
